I ordered a swing chair as a gift but it did not arrive. I had a tracking number but it was not valid as the sort office knew nothing about it. Because it had a tracking number resolution say they are closing my case. What can I do. I can’t afford to lose this money as I’m a pensioner. Can you help me anyone?
