Item not received

My husband bought an item and paid using PayPal guest, it was purchased on the 7th Jan 2020 and still hasn't been received, also there is no way of contacting the seller, what can we do?

If you need to open a dispute for a 'guest buyer' transaction then you can.......


1. Phone Paypal customer services and see if they will open one for you OR
2. Contact your card issuer for a chargeback.
