Hello,
Item not received - claim CASE CLOSED.
I don't see any refund status. This is what I see when click on closed case "We were notified by your credit card company that you had filed a case for a payment made on Dec 30, 2020. The case was closed in your favor based on the info provided."
When should I get refund? Thanks in advance!
