Wife ordered Christmas Ornaments to what we now know is a Chinese company...that purported itself to be USA based.
No items delivered since Nov 10, 2020 order date. Have contacted multiple times and keep getting a run around.
Can't do Resolution Center since not linked to a PayPal account even though vendor used PayPal to take our AmEx card for the transaction.
How do I pursue a credit back to our CC?
