I'm so disappointed and angry. I bought something a few weeks ago which never arrived. It was supposedly sent first class and the seller provided a reference/tracking number (not signed for). Info states it was delivered - but nothing at this address. I opened a claim, which Paypal immediately closed when the seller supplied the tracking info. Someone obviously has my item, and I'm out of pocket. Where do I stand?
