Hi everyone Long story short Seller sold sunglasses - sent item different to that advertised. Has accepted that in writing. Offered 45% refund which came to £12.19 GBP but then wanted to refund 12.19USD which is not the agreed 45% Escalated to dispute via resolution centre - now only option I have is to return to sender, however, that leaves me out of pocket as I will have to pay for postage back to China!! Can PayPal not ask seller to refund the 45% that he initially offered.
