I have an open case where a buyer told paypal that the item they bought wasn't as described. I responded to this claim by telling paypal to ask the buyer to refund the item and i will refund the money back. Paypal has now debited the amount from my paypal and my paypal now has a negative balance. Paypal asked me to add money to my account to resolve this negative balance and if i win the case the money will be refunded back to me. I don't get it, how can they debited the money already without knowing who won the case etc. Can anybody help me? Please!!
