I bought a wig from a UK website which turned out to be a company in China I chose from their website. It arrived last week and was nothing like the one in the picture. I asked to return it for a refund. It cost £103 and after a couple of emails they said they would give me a refund of £38 I found the contents of the email with this offer quite threatening. Can anyone provide advice please
