I bought a coat off Depop and it was damaged however this was not in the description or clearly pictured in the photos, the seller won't refund me and I have escalated the claim, the seller bought it off another seller where the seller has put it in the description and pictured this also and I'm worried that the seller is going too copy these pictures and say they are hers and that they were the ones featured in the advert? Will paypal be able to see the exact listing that I bought as she has now deleted the original listing so I can't prove what photos were on there when I bought it.
