I bought an item for approx 100$ and when I recieved it the item is not what was described. I have opened a dispute and been denied because paypal only covers items that were “not as described!” Is this a joke? I’m literally telling them the item Isn’t what was advertised and the guy on the phone tells me that its a quality issue and not a “not as described issue”. How would he know he’s never seen it. Now I’m stuck taking paypal to small claims? I would never use paypal again if I can. This is exactly why I use amazon for everything. First time I ever filed a dispute too.
