I purchased an iphone on ebay; paid with paypal. Seller said never received payment as email associated was error and refunded it and wanted me to send payment via paypal to another account, so i did not realizing then the ebay protection did not protect. the phone was to be open box excellent condition, it came in used with scratches with the faceplate all shattered, locked with seller not giving me the code so not event useable. I filed a dispute with paypal and they have been evaluating for months; They are not aware that it is locked as well as when I filed dispute I didnt try to get in to a broken phone; i cant even make additions to my dispute and there is no one there to talk to. How can it be so easy to be scammed and have no one to help me. What should I do this is a 500+ dollar loss.
