As a BUYER, i bought a turbo assembly ( car engine part) wich i received and installed in the car, the part barely worked for 2 minutes and then seized, started a dispute on paypal wich ended in "return" but we have an special situation in this case, as THE SELLER asked us to send the part for repairs to a a shop and he will cover the amount of the repair. Now the part its fixed and working but im afraid that if the money returns to him (if i cancel the case) he will just disappear and not pay for the repair as said. The part its now working properly and that shows the part hi sent at the beginning was damaged. Now i have paid 500€ for the repair. And i cant undo the install on the car and the repair bill to return the part to him.
