Hi I bought an item from someone and put it through as a family and friends payment by mistake. That was a week ago and item hasn’t turned up. Is there a way I can get the money back?
Unfortunately, there are no refunds or purchase protection with friends and family payment type as it is considered a gift payment. If you paid by credit card, you may try to dispute with the card issuer but since it is a friends and family payment, there is a potential the claim may be declined.
