I bought the loupan compass on the 9th October 1fengshui refunded that purchase on the 10th October. I again paid for the 599.00 dollars for the loupan compass. I was told by the 1fengshui to request refund from PayPal and PayPal said I must request payment from 1fengshui. How can this problem get resolved
