Item arrived after being refunded

I opened a dispute with a seller as didn’t hear from them and waited for a long time. I was refunded by pay pal and after few days my order arrived. I now want to settle the payment but don’t know how to?

Just email the seller and request that they send you a money request or invoice so you can pay again?
