I ordered a Christmas ornament from a company in November. I have been asking about it, and they say it has gone to the shippers to be shipped. (For two weeks?) They have not charged my account, but I want to cancel the order and not pay for it. Do I have to wait before I can take action with Paypal? The company won't cancel the order because it has already gone to the shippers. What should I do next?
