Item Never Recieved.

On August 1st 2019 I Ordered 2 shirts online from The Urban Swan. The site sent me through creating a temporary pay-pal account which I did. Input the credit card information and within a few moments received a email from pay-pal saying that the transaction was approved and was going through and even got a receipt number. I also received an email from The Urban Swan regarding the 2 shirts I ordered and they said that my order was being processed. No idea on date item will be received, no tracking numbers, no contact information. Today is August 22nd and I have emailed the company 6 times with no responses. I attempted to contact pay pal to verbally speak to someone but cant find a contact number. I opened my paypal account here and it doesnt show any transaction history. So I am left $52 less and missing 2 shirts.

Dig out that PayPal email receipt with the receipt ID number on it and have it handy, then contact PayPal customer service so they can open an Item Not Received dispute for you:

Log on to your PayPal account, click HELP on top menu, scroll down to click CONTACT US, and then scroll down to click CALL US.

Thanks. I will try that. I attempted the 2 Social Media message boards and they are an automated system and doesn't have someone to reply to me. I want to send an email in with my info on the receipt but I cant seem to find an email address. I can try calling after work.
