It says that I was inconsistent with the agreed terms and that I cannot use paypal service anymore. I haven't used paypal for a while and I don't understand what is happening. What is going on and how can I resolve this issue?
It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
