It said money will be credited in paypal balance in 2 hrs. Has been 8 hrs

Someone sent me money frm friends/family option. Its shows fully paid in invoice and 0 amount due and will vtake 2 hrs to rach to PayPal balance. But still i havent received. Its been 8hrs. (almost 9 now)

Think you have been scammed, paypal payments are instant although they may be pending IN your paypal balance.

Sellers send invoices not buyers.

Scammers send invoices and change them to make it look as if they have paid but nothing shows in your paypal balance.

Also its against paypal rules to sell and accept friends/family payments.
