A few weeks back (specifically 26th of February, 2021) I made a Paypal business account to receive donations to while streaming, which I do on rare occasions. To prove my identity, I was asked to send in the relevant documents, which I did send in on the same day. However, I have not heard anything about my proof being rejected or accepted, and when on the main screen I am notified that I still need to confirm information to lift the limitations on my account. (Reference ID: PP-009-794-320-009) However, when I do go to resolve the problem, it says:
"Your business info is now confirmed
You can now send and receive unlimited transactions.
Apply for the PayPal Business Debit Mastercard and turn
business purchases into cash back."
Yet the problem and limitations on my account remain. I want to know what's wrong here and why I haven't been contacted even though I was told it'd take 2-4 business days to look over the documents.
