Recently I purchase an Iem on behaf of friend. As he did not have a Paypal account he asked his partner to payfor the Iten and so He did and I got ghe funds to pay for my friend equipment. NEX Day I found that my friend partner filled a claim stating that he did not authorized that transaction and now I have a negative balance and a claim to return the funds. My friend already has the purchase item and I do have to refund the Money to Paypal. Please advice
Do you really know these people? Maybe it's a misunderstanding somewhere. Talk to your "friend" who got his purchased item to talk to his "partner". No good thing goes unpunished. There is a reason why your "friend" don't have PayPal account.
In order to have any chance of beating an unauthorized claim, you'll need proof of delivery of the item to your friend in the form of a tracking number.
