Hi, I've recently opened a dispute for being scammed by someone online for a product. However the case automatically closed and then when I click to view on the closed case, it says "We're sorry. Something went wrong.". This is really weird as I am unable to dispute the case and get my money back. And when I try to contact paypal support it says all customer service workers are unavailable, anyone got any idea of what I can do?

did you escalate to a claim before the dispute timed out 20 days post opening?
