Issues with removing restrictions

I tried to start setting up a business account a while ago, as I was thinking of setting up a business. However, I eventually decided against this but can’t cancel my request. I’m also unable to remove the restrictions on my account as I obviously don’t have a supplier invoice etc. Any advice?

You need to contact customer services to resolve any limitation OR account specific issues.
Click help / contact bottom left of Paypal pages for options available for your country.
Or have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?
You can send them a personal message from their facebook or twitter pages.
