Issue with seller

Hi there,

I am in between a rock and a hard place and am not sure where to go from  here.

I raised an issue in the PayPal resolution centre and the seller (ABN-number.com) agreed to give me a partial refund of $203.50. The full amount was $228.00. They advised they couldn't process the refund in PayPal while the case was open and sent me a screen dump from Paypal as evidence of this so I closed it and now they aren't paying the refund and are not responding to my communications. What if any options do I have? This has been such a long frustrating process. Kind regards, Anita

If you had to close a case to get a refund then it would be pointless opening one.
NEVER close a dispute / claim until you have a refund.
If the seller issued a refund then that would close the dispute automatically.
If he doesn't escalate to a claim.
Do not close it or he can ignore you and you can't open a second dispute OR re-open a closed one.
