I was trying to file a claim in the resolution center, and when I hit enter, once done filling it out, it just sits and loads forever with that stupid ring going round and round. Is the resolution center down or did I do something wrong?
It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
