Issue with receiving payment in USD

I'm hoping someone can shed some light on a recent issue I'm having.
I recently finished some work for a U.S. client (I am in Canada). We agreed that I would be paid in $450 USD, or roughly $590 CAD. Upon completion client sent me $450 CAD. We had agreed on my payment being $590 CAD, factoring in the exchange. Client insists she sent UDS. My account says I received CAD. I'm flummoxed. Can anyone help?

Welcome to the community and thank you for your post. If you have not received the amount you were expecting, I would suggest you use the 'Refund Link' and refund the amount back to the sender. We never suggest sending an item or providing a service until you can see the payment amount completing in your account.
