Hello support, my paypal account was permanently more than 8 months ago. 180 days are over but I can not withdraw my money. My paypal account is linked to my mpesa line. Kindly help

You can't withdraw to mpesa or equity after a permanent limitation, only to a U.S bank account.

If you don't have one then you would need to contact customer services for options for withdrawing the funds.


Contact options for Paypal are accessed by clicking help/contact bottom left of Paypal pages...

1. Paypal phones are slowly re-opening and increasing in numbers (you can use the guest option if you can't log in).
2. Live chat is also randomly available.
3. You can send them a message, during business hours you may also be able to message whilst logged out.
Or
4. Have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?
You can send them a personal message from their Facebook or Twitter pages.

I can't get a resolution to my account limitations. It's a new account with no activity but they put account limitations on it. I can't message anyone because it's virtual assistant. I need to talk to someone for help
