Issue with a dispute

So I filled a dispute for 3 payments but I chose the wrong reason for the dispute and now I can not re dispute the payment.The person who I sent the payments agrees to the refund but he can not press the refund button it forwards him to the case still open even tho I got the email that the case is closed.What to do now?
