Long story short I have disputed a product that I'm not happy with , they have offered to give me a full refund once item has been returned but they have provided and incomplete address so unable to return the product, I have tried to contact PayPal directly but its all automated and just sends me in circles. There is no option in the dispute other than to provide a tracking number but I cant do that because the address is invalid, What can I do or what are my next steps to take?

Contact options for Paypal are accessed by clicking help/contact bottom left of Paypal pages...

1. Paypal phones are slowly re-opening and increasing in numbers (you can use the guest option if you can't log in).
2. Live chat is also randomly available.
3. You can send them a message, during business hours you may also be able to message whilst logged out.
Or
4. Have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?
You can send them a personal message from their Facebook or Twitter pages.
It's: https://www.facebook.com/PayPalUK and @AskPayPal for Twitter.

Thank you yes, sadly I wasn’t able to find a decent number on the website but after a quick google for customer services I was able to get through to someone who was able to help The automatic robot system is a pain in the butt, I wish they would make it clearer on how to speak to an adviser they are way more helpful.
