Issue regarding account access is temporarily limited

I just want to know the reason about "Your account access is temporarily limited". I already submitted all the important details to resolve this issue but still it's pending. Please let me know how much it's take time for resolving this temporarily issue, permanently.

I guess everything is taking longer at the moment including payment releases / disputes / refunds / withdrawals etc as Paypal is working with reduced staff and in difficult circumstances due to covid, hope you get it reviewed soon.
