Little over a week ago I bought an item from a girl who didn't understand pending transactions so she inevitably blocked me and kept my money in her account on hold, after making a new account and messaging her plus going back and forth she said she would refund my money and not send my item i bought from her. I opened a dispute saying I never received the item and she sent a refund, I contacted customer service to see when my money would come through and they said it would be today. This morning I received an email saying its taking longer than usual and now it says cancelled refund on my activity page, the girl hasn't replied to me and the case is under review in the resolution centre. Does anyone know how on earth I can get my money back it's been such a long process and why did the refund cancel in the first place?!
