Bought an item,next day seller shuts down account.tracking number was wrong.had to open a refund case and even though PayPal admitted it looks like the seller was a thief and as they closed account they know they wont get a reply I'm told I still will have to wait 30 days for my money back.wow.what happened to common sense.is this normal at PayPal as if it is I'll close my PayPal as soon as I get my money back,at the end of the year
