This guy bought an iPhone with me and deposited 700 dollars into my account saying I needed a business account but it said I need to send it to him, so I sent him 350 via Cashapp, and he still says I need more, the money in my PayPal account is there, it just won’t let me withdraw it.

100% SCAM, you don't need a business account and you do NOT ever send money as a seller to a buyer for any account reason.

You also NEVER use another payment processor if you are using paypal.

Are you sure the funds are showing in your paypal account balance????

Or are you just seeing an invoice or money request that has NOT been paid?

I requested and he never payed I filed a report and it’s being taken care of.
