Is this a scam?

Bought an item on eBay. Paid full amount. Now the same seller has returned asking for more money to cover their postage costs. I was of the impression that l had already paid those.

They are not allowed to ask for more than was requested on the auction so personally i would refuse.

Then if they don't send you can file a dispute for non receipt to get your money back if they don't refund you.
