So I am new to this ebay. I have like four total listings. I have got two bids above the asking price from a user <removed>. They consistently message me and ask me to email them with my paypal email. I have read this is a scam. I called the number and a guy answered twice and all he would say was to email him with my paypal email. This is the message he would send: "Hello seller,if you accept paypal as your means of payment kindly text me via <removed> 0r write <removed> to make arrangement for payment and shipping procedures .Thanks" More experienced people: is this person a scammer?
