is there any time a seller will actually win a PayPal dispute? Had one once before and it was almost like the buyer gets an automatic win, even though they said they'd investigate it. I asked and they said the buyer's bank decides, which seems unfair to me bc obviously, their bank will side with their own customer. Sounds like PayPal never wins the fight for the seller .I recently had another dispute and I'm feeling like there's no hope bc the buyer will win even if they're wrong.
