Here is my case:
A scammer using my pc while I'm away from it for a couple of minutes at my home. & I caught him when he gonna left after transferring my balance to another account. (with Family/friend transfer)
We caught him and he said he got another friend that using the fake PayPal account to receive the balance.
The thief said he doesn't know in reality who is his partner because they work only online.
I've open the dispute & Paypal deny my claim. This decision was made because this transaction was not unauthorized.
Well of course it isn't because he is using my PC. And now I'm a real owner wanna have it back.
So why does it can't? Are family/friend transfer is mean for a scammer/thief to freely steal another person's balance?
