I have temporary limited account and I uploaded the same document, paypal did not accepted this and asked me to re upload the document.
The problem is that it is keeping saying that the process will take 2 to 4 days, now already passed 2 weeks. anyone can help me please?
It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
