Is someone trying to get in my account?

I received some texts saying it was paypal and to enter the code on the website. I didn’t request any codes and would never need to, my password is suggested by the phone and saved on the keychain. Is someone trying to get in? And like some online games, emails or websites, you can see the IP or location of where the attempts were made. Thanks have a nice day

Any time you receive a text message about activity on your PayPal account, the safest way to confirm its validity is to log in to your PayPal account via the PayPal website. Any of the activity reported in the email will be available to view. I recommend changing your password and run a virus scan as a precaution. Please forward any suspicious emails, messages or websites to spoof@paypal.com.
