i am a freelancer and feel my effort money is not safe here . any client can request back money even we finished and deliver worked before months . i just want know paypal is always favor of the buyer ..? is this true ...?
i provide all evidence but i saw paypal don't care about me . he just return back money to client (buyer) . i have a question in this case i already provide code to customer and he did not return my code and i saw he is using my code. its software services work why paypal not care about this .:(
