Is it possible to still bring back my account after PayPal decides to stop my access?
Hello, currently I have a problem which is my fault as well. I use PayPal to receive payment for my digital art services to international clients. I was careless to not make my account a Business Account and now I am shut out by PayPal. Is it still possible to appeal to PayPal and have them restore my access so that I have a chance to make my account a Business account instead of a Personal one? This account is my only way to gain money from international clients and they pay really well.
You need to contact customer services to resolve any limitation OR account specific issues. Click help / contact bottom left of Paypal pages for options available for your country.
