Ordered products May 9 2020 from a seller that claimed to be USA. Said would arrive in 14 days, as it was coming from China. Tried to cancel order & seller said no. Finally arrived today July 6 in a flimsy plastic envelope instead of a box or other sturdy container. Product damaged and sanitary pureness compromised. Can't get paypal to step up. HELP
Same issue. When you file an dispute, they will keep running around asking for more and more info and you will never get your refund. Instead they are protecting scammers.
yes. even sent email saying will refund money, yet only sent me one dollar. they were refunded 64.78 from the scammer. pay pal sent email saying sending balance of 63.78, but not received. paypal has full amount they are scamming too, along with protecting scammers
