I know that the folks in resolution center can only go on what they provide but when they are provided email communication that contradicts what the other side is saying and make a decision then I must ask, biased or close minded.
Without going into the detail, I still got my refund, despite the lack of assistance from Resolution Center, though not for the amount I was charged as compensation for the additional cost of returning the item. I guess even PayPal is business that doesn't want to give back money to customers.
