Paypal must be going insolvent. That is the most likely reason for their rampant imposition of holds on funds from eBay sales. They are doing everything they can to hang on the every extra penny in order to play financing games and probably engage in crazy investment schemes.
At least they should give us access to the money paid by eBay buyers for shipping. It defies logic and decency for Paypal to make it MORE difficult to fulfill orders by withholding access to funds earmarked for postage and shipping.
Paypal must be going insolvent. And the way they treat sellers on eBay, they clearly deserve to go the way of the Dodo bird.
