I transferred $$ to my daughter's business account, as a gift for her to start. Paypal immediately placed a HOLD on that money. This happened in May 2020. She has never been allowed to access the money so she can start the business. Since early September, both her and me, we have tried many ways to have Paypal to refund the money, and Paypal just keeps on running us round and round. Is Paypal about to go bankrupt and is withholding cash from customers to remain liquied? I am hearing many complaints similar to mine, for amounts over $100,000 US dollars - Paypal is playing or financing itself with customer's money. I believe I will inform the SEC, the IRS and the FBI before the collapse of Paypal
