Bought an item via Paypal thinking it was from UK but come out from China. Item arrive damage and not working so i made a dispute to claim back my money. Paylal ask me to reply thier email anf last message asking me to return back the item. I receive the return address from seller in China and posted it and prodice the Tracking Number at the Paypal resulotion center as paypal required to post the reply. just today after few months, i receive message that my claim has been denied due to I did not provide the Tracking Number. RN400628074GB.
All i tought paypal is the safest payment against Fraud Sellers...
