Is BLCK Square a scam?

I Purchase an item from a company called black Square I got my item but it wasn't what it was supposed to be. The following day I asked for a return label I have messaged this company every single day for the last month. Their website, when I bought the item said 100% guaranteed refund no questions asked. But they will not talk to me if they answer my emails at all they keep asking me what is wrong with my product or what is my order number again and again and again. Has anybody else dealt with them? I reported them to PayPal but I've heard nothing I need help.

Locate the payment transaction in your PayPal account activity, click it, then click "Report a problem" to file an Significantly Not As Described (SNAD) dispute.
