I have received an invoice from a company for a product I have not received. The template for the work they were going to do was not right and
I did not finalise the work with them. I was not happy with their standard of what they are offering to produce for me, and had the work done by another company and received the product. I am not sure why they are sending me a paypal invoice when I did not agreed to the template for the design and have emails saying as such. What should I do with the invoice ?

Hi,
I can see no way of cancelling an invoice in paypal that someone has sent through paypal. Can you please tell me how to do that. A detailed description of how to do that and what I need to do online within the paypal website would be appreciated. 🙂 Thank you Louise
