I purchased an item thru Etsy which apparently shipped (did not receive UPS My Choice) notice. But notice via PayPal. Item did not arrive. But according to PayPal did. Contacted Etsy to contact vendor and told vendor no longer able to sell via Etsy and account was closed do no way to speak with vendor. Contacted PayPal and they refused my claim because they had valid shipping and delivery Info. Contacted UPS which verified tracking numbers did not go to me but nobody wants to help. I’ve filed a claim with BBB. What else can I do?
