I understand the time has expired to be able to dispute my purchase.  But I don't understand why the package I returned was held for 5 months before it finally moved along in the system for the past month, and then was returned to me.  There's no way I want the items, I spent $23.+ to ship back to China, USPS as directed, and the package never went beyond Memphis, TN.  I was offered 75% of a refund, but I didn't want the items.  BEWARE of International purchasing.  But to be fair, I didn't know at the time I ordered the items that they were coming from China.  Nowhere was the mentioned on the website.

If you filed a dispute and did everything paypal told you to do then contact them and request your refund...............


Click on the words "Help / Contact" at the bottom of paypals pages and use the phone option in the blue band at the top OR very bottom of page dependent on what country you are in. Scroll down past the list of help questions and click on 'Call us' bottom of that page. Log in and get the code.

have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?
You can send them a personal message from their facebook or twitter pages.
